Since December 2019, Billie has served as the Captive Program Manager at Artex Risk Solutions, a leading provider of alternative risk solutions across multiple domiciles. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Rosenthal Brothers Insurance, focusing on high-value home insurance from June 2017 to December 2019, and serving as Client Services Manager at Arthur J Gallagher & Co., specializing in aviation-related insurance from December 2013 to May 2017. Billie also held the position of Account Manager at AIS Gallagher from June 2007 to November 2013, further emphasizing expertise in aviation insurance. Billie holds an Associate's Degree from Elgin Community College and is continuously engaged with the Illinois Department of Insurance since 2007.
