Katja Spindler attended Otto Friedrich Universitaet Bamberg from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Economic Studies degree with a specialization in Economics. Katja also pursued further education in Accounting through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, although the specific dates of their enrollment are not provided. In 2018, they obtained the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma from the FT Non-Executive Director Programme.
