Rebecca Pitman has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Rebecca is currently the Global HR Director at Artex Risk Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Clarien Bank Limited for over 12 years, where they held the positions of Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff, and SVP, Head of Human Resources. Before joining Clarien Bank Limited, Rebecca was an Associate Director of Human Resources at Ernst & Young. Rebecca also has experience as a Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
Rebecca Pitman's education history begins in 1990 when they attended the United World College of the American West, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Rebecca then went on to enroll at Queen's University from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Studies and Sociology. Following their undergraduate studies, Rebecca pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in Sociology at the University of Oxford from 1997 to 1999. Finally, in 2000 and 2001, they attended the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they obtained a Master in Human Resources.
