Tanika Williams has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 2002 at Butterfield Group as a Management Trainee. Tanika then moved on to PartnerRe, where they held various roles including Human Resources Administrator, HR Generalist, Manager of Compensation and Benefits/Recruitment, and Human Resources Director for the Bermuda office. Their responsibilities at PartnerRe included overseeing policies and programs, recruitment, employee development, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and health and safety. From 2017 to 2021, Tanika worked at BF&M Group as the VP of Group Human Resources, where they led the HR team, developed and executed HR strategies, provided coaching and guidance to senior management, and managed talent acquisition and workforce planning. Tanika most recently worked as a Human Resources Consultant before their current position as the VP of Human Resources at Artex Risk Solutions, where they oversee HR operations for the Bermuda office and collaborates with Artex Capital Solutions on HR business partnership initiatives. Their responsibilities include payroll and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.

Tanika Williams completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University from 1998 to 2001. Tanika then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tanika obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2006 and completed a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn in December 2021.
