Evgeniya Goncharova

Evgeniya Goncharova is a Software QA Engineer Lead at Arthrex, specializing in testing internal custom-built web applications and leading an off-shore team of testers since June 2022. Previously, Evgeniya worked at Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation as a Sr. Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where automation testing was implemented company-wide. Experience also includes roles at Personal Data Management System and BizApps Russia, focusing on quality assurance and testing support for various applications. Earlier in the career, Evgeniya served as a Purchasing Engineer at Procter & Gamble, handling software purchasing and international negotiations, and began as a Secretary/Interpreter for an international non-profit organization. Evgeniya holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
