Ishmael Havea

Ishmael Havea is an IT Support Specialist currently employed at Arthrex since July 2023, providing assistance to staff with IT inquiries through various channels. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Desk Analyst at Fujitsu from May 2022 to April 2023, where technical support was provided to clients and email queries were managed, as well as troubleshooting clients over the phone. From August 2021 to May 2022, Ishmael held the position of Service Desk Interactive Analyst at Datacom, delivering level 1-2 technical support to multiple clients. Ishmael holds a Bachelor in Computer Information Services with a focus on Network Security & IT Services from Auckland University of Technology, completed between 2018 and 2021, and is also involved with Cisco Networking Academy since 2018.
