Paul Desisto

Paul DeSisto currently serves as the Contingent Workforce Program Manager at Gallagher since April 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Resources Manager IT Finance at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. from June 2020 to September 2022, focusing on project IDs and cost accounting for IT contingent labor while managing vendor management systems. Prior to that, Paul worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Senior Program Manager Non-Employee Workforce from May 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing a specialized team for the Non-Employee Workforce Program and overseeing approximately 14,000 non-employee workers. Earlier in Paul’s career, roles included Director of Client Solutions - Utilities at Volt and Contingent Worker Program Manager for Southern California Edison while at Volt Workforce Solutions from 2003 to 2012.
