Tianna Perna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor at Gallagher since August 2021, Tianna previously held key roles at Guaranteed Rate Affinity as a National Operations Recruiter and National Corporate Recruiter. Tianna's recruitment career began at Randstad Technologies US, recognized as a top regional performer and achieving national accolades for recruitment efficiency. Prior experience also includes managing major accounts at A&R Global Logistics, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing educational services as a kindergarten and preschool teacher.
