Mike Carafa

Mike Carafa currently serves as the Senior Director of Product (Global Marketplaces) at Articore Group, focusing on product strategy, process, and execution for TeePublic and Redbubble since January 2025. With a strong background in e-commerce, Carafa joined TeePublic in March 2014 as employee #7 and its first product manager, eventually holding the position of Senior Director of Product until January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Web Designer at BustedTees and PPL Corporation, and an internship at Metropolis Group. Carafa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University, earned in 2013.
