Alicia Allen has extensive experience in operations and event management, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Events at Artisan Auctions since November 2018. Prior roles include Special Projects Manager and Youth and High School Administrator at USA Rugby, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale events, coordinating educational summits, and working with state organizations for rugby program development. Earlier experience at Agrium involved property management and contract oversight, supporting a vast network of divisions across the U.S. and Canada. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Paralegal Certificate from Aims Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from the University of Northern Colorado.

Our process includes: Planning to determine event goals, donor messaging, item procurement and event logistics; Workplan development to ensure we work as team throughout the process; Coordination with partner event consultants and vendors; Recommendations for maximizing success, including how to build anticipation or craft an effective special appeal; Skilled and charismatic auctioneer on-site, working before, during and after the auction portion to engage your team and participants; Follow up and event evaluation to capture highlights, learnings and impact of our work together.
