David S. Phillips, CFA, is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Investment Content Lead at Artisan Partners since April 2008. In this role, David produces monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio manager commentaries while conducting research on portfolio company fundamentals and equity market performance trends. Prior to this position, David worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch from August 2005 to April 2008, where responsibilities included asset allocation, manager due diligence, and investment advisory solutions for private banking clients. David holds an MBA in Finance from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
