Sarah Mainwaring

Sarah Mainwaring has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Total Rewards Human Capital Manager at Artisan Partners since June 2013. In this role, Sarah manages the implementation and administration of global total rewards offerings and oversees compliance with various regulations related to global leave administration. Prior to Artisan Partners, Sarah held several positions at Arnold & O'Sheridan, including HR Generalist and Benefits Administrator, and served as Human Resources Manager and Coordinator. Sarah's career began at Batteries Plus as an HR Assistant. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has completed studies at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
