Alan Kruger

Alan Kruger currently serves as the Associate Director of Commercial Operations at Artivion, Inc. since August 2023, where leadership involves cross-functional initiatives and board-initiated projects connecting commercial and operations functions. Prior to this role, Alan Kruger was the Global Supply Chain Manager at Carestream Health from January 2012 to January 2023, directing global S&OP and D&OP processes for a $415 million portfolio. Alan Kruger also held various positions at Eastman Kodak Company, including Worldwide Supply Chain Director, where responsibility included managing the supply chain for a $250 million business and implementing lean manufacturing strategies. In earlier roles, Alan Kruger led supply chain initiatives for the $1.2 billion Photofinishing Business and directed a professional supply chain team for a $400 million segment. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
