Arun District Council
Karen Liu is a professional with extensive experience in project support and design. Since July 2016, Karen has served as a Project Support Officer at Arun District Council. Simultaneously, since February 2014, Karen has been the owner and designer of Little Panda Bear Invites & Stationery, specializing in handmade invitations for various events.
