Stephen Whyment

Stephen Whyment has extensive experience in human resources and people management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the People Director for Australasia and previously for UKIMEA at Arup, Stephen has held significant roles such as Director of Talent & People Partnering. Prior experience includes leading global HR business partnering at British Airways and overseeing HR business partnering at Waitrose, along with senior roles in supply chain and commercial sectors. Stephen also contributed to the John Lewis Partnership as Business Change Lead in HR Transformation.
