Mandy Giacchetto

Mandy Giacchetto is an experienced leader in customer experience design, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience Design at Arvest Bank. In this role, Mandy leads a team within the Innovation and Design center, focusing on setting CX strategy and collaborating with product and business teams to implement the transformation roadmap. Prior to Arvest Bank, Mandy held key positions, including Director of Experience Design at Ginkgo Bioworks, where responsibility included growing the Experience Design discipline and shaping go-to-market strategies for COVID response. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Hey-Diggs and Sampoll, as well as leadership positions at Lana, BCG Digital Ventures, Avanade, and frog. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
