Jens Reichwagen

Jens Reichwagen is an experienced professional in the field of quality systems and project management in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Associate Director Global Quality Systems at Arxada since March 2021, Jens previously held various leadership roles at Lonza from October 2009 to March 2021, including Group Lead for development of commercialized products and Project Manager for R&D with a focus on international projects in Switzerland, China, and the United States. Jens also managed research teams and evaluated chemical processes during earlier roles at Lonza. Prior to that, Jens was the Laboratory Manager and Product Expert for high-performance azo pigments at Clariant from May 2005 to September 2009. Jens holds a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Organic Chemistry from Technische Universität Braunschweig, earned between 2001 and 2005, and is PMI certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
