Paromita Pal is an experienced professional in sales operations and customer success, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Aryaka Networks since September 2019. Paromita has successfully built and led a team of three in Customer Success Operations, facilitating collaboration with a group of twelve Customer Success Managers while managing process documentation. Prior experience includes a role as Presales and Sales Operations Manager at EFI | Optitex, where Paromita coordinated multiple teams to support sales operations in India and Sri Lanka. Earlier, at Reliance General Insurance, Paromita managed legal claims processing and customer relations, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills. Paromita holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI and an LLB from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
