Wellysson Arruda

Wellysson Arruda currently serves as an Analista de People Administration at Asaas, starting in August 2023. In this role, Wellysson is responsible for planning and executing employee vacation schedules, ensuring accurate payment calculations and compliance with deadlines. Wellysson also manages the company's time control system, overseeing the tracking of hours worked, overtime, and breaks, while monitoring related KPIs. Prior to this, Wellysson worked at Algar Tech from November 2020 to August 2023, first as an Analista de Talentos Humanos Jr and previously as an Assistente de Talentos Humanos, where responsibilities included managing timekeeping for over 12,000 associates, and participating in termination, hiring, payroll processes, and benefits distribution. Wellysson is currently pursuing education at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia since August 2019.
