Aoife Minihan

Aoife Minihan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Partners, Global at Asana since July 2019, where previous roles included Head of People Partners for International, Business, and G&A, as well as leading the EMEA People Partner team. Prior to Asana, Aoife held senior HR positions at Workday and Kerry Foods, focusing on recruitment and business partnerships. Aoife's previous experience includes roles at PwC, B2E, and various other organizations in administrative and HR capacities. Aoife holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (International Business) from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from University College Cork.
