Bradley Portnoy

Bradley Portnoy is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and digital strategy. At Asana since October 2019, Bradley has held multiple roles including Senior Engineering Manager for AI Retrieval and AI Experiences, overseeing the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. Prior to Asana, Bradley was an Engineering Manager at Shift Technologies, where leadership in the Merchandising team and the design of an advanced filtering algorithm marked significant contributions. Bradley's early career involved digital strategy roles at Weber Shandwick, where strategic campaigns were executed for high-profile clients, and leadership positions in various digital initiatives related to the Obama campaign. Bradley holds a BA in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University, alongside further education in coding and political science.
