Carla Bagdonas

Carla Bagdonas is an experienced professional specializing in customer education and strategic program development. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Education for AMER at Asana since May 2019, Carla has successfully led the implementation of scaled education programs, positively impacting over 100,000 customers annually and achieving significant product adoption and customer satisfaction growth. Previous roles include Director of Membership at Learners Guild and various positions within the San Francisco Unified School District, focusing on human capital strategy and recruitment. Carla also owned and operated a counseling and life coaching practice, helping clients overcome personal and professional challenges. Carla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pomona College.
