Nirmal Mukhi is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in AI and machine learning. Currently serving as Vice President of AI Engineering at ASAPP since April 2021, Nirmal focuses on enhancing enterprise productivity through AI solutions. Prior to ASAPP, Nirmal held the position of Chief Technology Officer at TRANSFR Inc., where the emphasis was on leveraging virtual reality and AI for skills development. Nirmal's extensive tenure at IBM spanned nearly two decades, culminating in the role of Development Leader for the Watson Education Platform, alongside other key positions in development and management. Nirmal holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
