Emil Yusifov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Emil started their career as a Junior Loan Officer at AccessBank Azerbaijan in 2011. Later, they joined Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan as a Relations Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined ASB, where they held various positions including Leading Sales and Credit Specialist, Sales and Credit Section Chief, Acting Director of the Customer Service Department, Branch Manager, Deputy Manager of the Card Operations and System Development Department, and Deputy Manager of the Digital Banking Department. Currently, Emil Yusifov is serving as the Head of Digital Banking Department at ASB.
Emil Yusifov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in the years 2005 to 2009. Emil later pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from the same institution from 2010 to 2012.

TSE–ISO–EN 9000 şərtlərinə uyğun keyfiyyət nişanı almışdır ki, bu da bankın iş sisteminin beynəlxalq keyfiyyət sistemi olan ISO standartlarına uyğun olduğunu göstərən ən etibarlı və mühüm göstəricidir. 2004-cü ildə “Azərbaycan Sənaye Lizinq” MMC-ni 100,0% payla təsis etmişdir. Bankın baş ofislə bir yerdə 7 filialı fəaliyyət göstərir.
