Avinash Ramkumar

Avinash Ramkumar is an experienced professional in customer intelligence and automation technologies, currently serving as the CXO of the Customer Intelligence Platform at ASB Bank since October 2020. Avinash's responsibilities include managing Pega platforms and leading a diverse team through tailored Agile processes to enhance workflow and continuous improvement. Previously, Avinash held roles such as Intelligent Automation Tech Lead and Specialist at ASB Bank, where expertise in Intelligent Automation technologies was leveraged to drive innovation and team development. Prior to ASB, Avinash worked as an RPA Implementation Specialist at Quanton, providing automation solutions across various sectors, and began a career at IBM as an Application Developer and Associate System Engineer. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, obtained in 2016.
