Imogen Swain

Imogen Ottow (née Swain) serves as the Senior Manager for Financial Wellbeing, Inclusion & Community at ASB Bank, having previously held the position of Senior Manager for Vulnerability & Community. Prior experience includes roles as a Communications Consultant at Baldwin Boyle Group, and as Government Relations & Corporate Responsibility Manager at ANZ, where responsibilities included managing corporate social responsibility initiatives and enhancing government relations. Imogen's background also encompasses various roles in communications, finance, and social development across organizations such as Young Women in Finance NZ, INFINZ, and the Ministry of Social Development. With a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Auckland, Imogen has established a strong foundation in strategic communication, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.
