Jens Claassen

Jens Claassen, MBA, MEng, has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Solution Architecture and Head of Business Architecture at ASB Bank, Jens has previously held positions such as Process Owner and Lean/Six Sigma Coach, and Business Transformation Manager at Telecom New Zealand. Additional experience includes lecturing at Brunswick European Law School and serving as Managing Partner at ITUC. Jens also worked as Product Marketing Manager and PreSales Manager for Central Europe at SeeBeyond, now part of Oracle. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Auckland University of Technology, and a Master of Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
