Moira Sweas

Moira Sweas currently serves as the Head of People Business Partnering and Advisory at ASB Bank, overseeing People Partnering for Core Support Functions and leading the People Advisory team. Prior to joining ASB in September 2023, Moira held multiple leadership positions at Amplifon, including Head of Talent Management for the APAC region and HR Director for New Zealand, where responsibilities included executing the people strategy for approximately 420 employees. Moira's extensive experience at Nielsen spanned various roles from HR Consultant to Human Resources Director, contributing to key HR initiatives for over 700 employees and leading efforts in organizational development and talent management. Moira holds a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honors in Business Management from The University of Waikato and participated in the Activate Leaders Program through Global Women in 2019.
