Monika Zarska

Monika Zarska is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ASB Bank, Monika is leading the migration of bank applications to the Cloud. Previously, Monika held roles at Invenco and Fiserv Auckland, excelling in cloud and DevOps project delivery, stakeholder management, and overseeing complex mobile banking projects. Monika’s early career includes project coordination positions at Westpac and Gen-i, where responsibilities encompassed user migrations and organizational transformations. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Logistics and Management from the Technical University of Szczecin, Monika is well-equipped with relevant certifications in Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
