Vivien Gao

Vivien Gao is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and analytics. Currently serving as an Associate KYC Analyst at ASB Bank since January 2020, Vivien has previously held roles including Senior Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Officer at the same institution. Prior experience includes marketing and ticketing positions at China Travel Service NZ LTD, where Vivien advanced from Branch Manager to Ticketing Officer between 2008 and 2019, receiving recognition for innovative staff contributions and top sales performance.
