Caitlin Eason

Caitlin Eason is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and logistics management. Currently serving as the Business Excellence Manager and Celonis Global Enterprise Manager at Ascend Performance Materials since July 2016, Caitlin specializes in implementing process mining and execution management software while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Caitlin held multiple roles at Halliburton from February 2012 to May 2016, including Continuous Improvement - Production Specialist, where Lean Six Sigma methodologies were employed to drive supply chain enhancements. Caitlin's skills in logistics were further developed as a Lead Logistics Specialist at Halliburton, and earlier experience includes working as a Sales Coordinator at Phoenix International. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in International Business, Caitlin combines education and extensive professional experience to deliver significant operational improvements.
