Kim Rosendal

Kim Rosendal has over two decades of experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Logistics at Ascendis Pharma since October 2020, overseeing global logistics, shipping, and cold chain verification. Prior to Ascendis Pharma, Kim held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mermaid Medical Group, managing daily operations across multiple departments including Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Supply Chain. Additional experience includes roles at Hamelin Group, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and SAP process optimization, as well as various logistics and supply chain management positions at Airland Logistics, Scan-Shipping, and Ferrosan. Kim's military background includes service with the Danish International Brigade and a strong educational foundation in business and supply chain management, with an M.B.A. in Leadership Psychology.
