Joseph Impicciche, JD, MHA, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Ascension, leading the Ascension Leadership Team to advance the health system’s Mission of providing compassionate, personalized care to all, especially those most in need. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, providing legal counsel to the organization, Board of Directors and executive management. He coordinated legal services for major projects and transactions, led system-to-system affiliation initiatives, assisted with business development activities, and managed outside legal relationships on behalf of Ascension.
