Tom VanOsdol, FACHE, currently serves as the Chief Mission Integration Officer and President & CEO of Ascension Florida and Gulf Coast, overseeing Sacred Heart Health System in Pensacola and St. Vincent's HealthCare in Jacksonville since May 2018. Prior to this role, Tom was the Jacksonville Ministry Market Executive and President and CEO of St. Vincent's HealthCare, as well as serving as Interim President and CEO and System Chief Operating Officer from December 2015 to April 2018. Tom's extensive experience in healthcare leadership includes roles as Regional President and President at St. Vincent Health from 1990 until December 2015. Academically, Tom holds an Executive Leadership degree from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University.
