Christopher Bates

Christopher Bates has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Christopher has served as Chief Financial Officer for various companies, including Ascent, Glide UK, Supplier Assessment Services, and Hydro International Ltd. Prior to these roles, they were the Group Chief Financial Officer at Survitec Group, where they oversaw the financial operations of the company. Additionally, Bates has experience as the Chief Financial Officer at VPS Holdings, Group Financial Controller at VT Group Plc, and CEO of Eurotherm. Earlier in their career, they held CFO positions at Invensys Plc and served as a Main Board Director at Ricardo Plc.

Christopher Bates earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Mining Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Christopher studied at the university from 1982 to 1985.
