Liliya Lounis

Liliya Lounis is an experienced IT support professional with a focus on user assistance and technical solutions. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Ascent since May 2022, Liliya previously worked at ContourGlobal as an End User Support Specialist, where communication with multi-national users across four continents was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role at Telenor Common Operation as a Desktop Support Specialist, handling installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware, and a position at Telenor as an Archive Operator, managing and organizing company documents.
