Patricia Prince

Patricia Prince, CCP, CBP, CPSP, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Supervisor of Compensation & Benefits at Ascent Resources since August 2015 and as a Compensation & Benefits Instructor for WorldatWork since January 2020. Previous roles include Analyst - Process Design & Optimization at Williams and Compensation Analyst at Access Midstream, where responsibilities encompassed developing Pay Policies, Compensation plans, and Performance Management strategies. Earlier positions held include Business Analyst at Chesapeake Energy and Lead Insurance Patient Account Coordinator at Lincare. Patricia holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma, coupled with educational experience at the United States Naval Academy.
