Currently serving as the Head of CRM Management at Ascential since August 2018, Minesh has a proven track record in driving high-impact technology change projects and leading operational teams. Previous roles at Ascential included Head of Business Analysis and Principal Business Analyst, alongside positions as a CRM Manager at Monitise and European CRM Analyst at Panasonic, where responsibilities encompassed system management, user support, project management, and business process reengineering.
