Jaclyn Jackson

Jaclyn Jackson, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional quality assurance and academic program management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Instructional Quality Assurance at the Association for Supply Chain Management since October 2021, Jaclyn oversees contracts with over 700 instructors globally and is focused on digitally transforming processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Previously, as Program Manager for the Clinical and Translational Science Department at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jaclyn acted as the central liaison for Translational Workforce Education programs and improved instructional design across various professional development initiatives. Jaclyn's earlier roles at Colorado Technical University encompassed managing doctoral programs, overseeing quality assurance, and evaluating prior learning assessments, contributing to an impressive retention rate of 89%.
