Kelly Feist is the current Managing Director for Ascom USA & Canada. Prior to this position, Kelly Feist served as the Head of Customer Service for Philips from January 2012 to December 2019. In this role, Kelly was responsible for managing a P&L and workforce within the North American market. Under their leadership, the team saw significant improvements in profitability and productivity. Additionally, Kelly Feist grew value added services and software maintenance by double digits each year.
Kelly Feist began their career in marketing and product management for Sunquest Information Systems in March 2008. Kelly held this position until November 2011 when they transitioned to Philips. During their time at Sunquest, Kelly Feist was responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and product sales. Kelly successfully increased sales of Sunquest products during their tenure.
Kelly Feist has a Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University in Cardiorespiratory Sciences. Kelly also has a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they have a Health Information Technology degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
