Tracey Parry has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, having worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Currently, Tracey serves as the Human Resources Director at Kloeckner Metals in the UK. Prior to this, Tracey held the position of Head of HR and HSE at the same company. Tracey has also worked as an Interim HR Director at Arriva Bus, a Senior HR Project Manager at RWE npower, and held leadership roles at Lafarge Tarmac and Mowlem (now Carillion). Tracey holds a CIPD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Sunderland.
