Catherine Hall

Catherine Hall is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll management and people operations. Currently serving as the Lead People Advisor Operations Manager and Payroll Manager at Asda since March 2023, Catherine is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and establishing a new People Advisor function. Prior to this, Catherine worked at Morrisons from May 2013 to March 2023, holding various roles including People Manager in People Systems, Business Change Manager, and Payroll Service Delivery Manager. In these positions, Catherine demonstrated expertise in HR systems, data management, project management, and change management, successfully implementing and upgrading the Oracle Core HR Cloud system. Catherine received education from Nabwood Grammar School from September 1989 to June 1992.
