Paul Beaman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Global Senior Profit Coach at ASE Global since January 2013. Prior to this role, Paul was the General Manager at Johnsons Cars, where notable accomplishments included the successful building and opening of the Lexus Centre in Liverpool in February 2003. Paul's career also includes positions as General Manager at Maclean & Appleton Holdings Ltd, where Paul was initially recruited as Sales Manager, and Sales Manager at Rybrook, where customer satisfaction scores improved significantly under their leadership. Earlier work as a Sales Executive at Williams BMW, following the transfer from Benham BMW, laid a strong foundation for Paul's management skills. Paul holds a degree in Automotive Operational Management from Nottingham University Business School, completed in 2007.
