Hakan Erdogan has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources and banking. Hakan started their career in 2008 as a Retail Banking Manager Assistant at Yapı Kredi and held this role until 2011. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Sales Representative at Dyo Inks, Bornova Matbaa Mürekkepleri A.Ş. From 2011 onwards, Erdogan joined Aselsan, where they held various positions in the Human Resources department. Hakan started as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist and progressively moved up to become a Senior Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Lead, and is currently serving as the Chief HR Specialist.
Hakan Erdogan completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Hacettepe University from 2014 to 2016. Hakan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gazi University between 2001 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Pamukkale University from 1999 to 2001, studying Civil Engineering. Hakan completed their secondary education at Ankara Anatolian High School from 1992 to 1999, focusing on science and mathematics.

The Land, Naval and Air Forces Foundations were founded during 1970s with the donations of the Turkish people in order to cover Turkey's military defense needs through national means. ASELSAN became operational in 1970 under the Land Forces Foundation (TAFF). As underlined by the founders of ASELSAN during the foundation of the company, their basic strategy is to develop unique products and systems by making use of critical technologies.
