Michline Alain

Michline Alain is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in content acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Head of Content and Operations at Asharq News since January 2020, Michline oversees strategy and operations for both Asharq Discovery and Asharq News, leading a team of 15 in the documentary acquisition department. Prior to this role, Michline held various positions in content acquisition management, including Senior Content Acquisition Manager and Senior Content Acquisition Executive at Netflix, and Project Manager at Middle East Broadcasting Center, demonstrating a strong ability to manage licensing, collaborate across functions, and optimize localization processes. Michline holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Lebanese American University and completed a program in the Business of Entertainment at UCLA.
