Amol Shah has a diverse background in finance and acquisitions. Amol started their career as an Investment Analyst at Highland Capital Management, where they conducted research and modeling for potential investment opportunities. Amol then moved on to Riveron Consulting as a Manager, Strategy Consultant, leading projects focused on cost reduction and integration strategies. Amol later joined ORIX USA Corporation as an Associate Director, Private Equity, where they performed due diligence and presented potential investments to the investment committee. Amol then worked at AccentCare, Inc. as the Director of M&A, where they formed a Corporate Development group and developed buy-side/sell-side relationships. Currently, Amol serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Ashford Inc., responsible for overseeing acquisitions within the company.
Amol Shah has an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
