Sandeep has more than 18 years of work experience, out of which 12+ years have been in the Search industry. Based in Pune, Sandeep partners with clients on leadership acquisition across Automotive, Process, Aerospace & Defense, Engineering Services and Heavy engineering domains. He specialises in executive leadership, general management, sales and marketing, R&D and innovation, operations and related functional leadership assignments across these segments for large corporates and privately held organisations.
Sandeep worked with ABC Consultants as Practice Leader – Automotive before joining WalkWater. He primarily focussed on Sales and Marketing, Product development and Operations for key automotive manufacturers and auto components suppliers. Earlier, Sandeep worked with ICICI Lombard and Mahindra & Mahindra over a period of 6.5 years.
Sandeep received his degree in Mechanical Engineering, with specialisation in Thermodynamics. His interests include reading books on business and geo-politics, traveling and dabbling in the stock markets.
