Matt Wright

Matt Wright is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Ashley Furniture Industries since September 2021, Matt focuses on aligning business and IT strategies while managing critical aspects such as supply-chain development and vendor relationships. Prior to this, Matt held senior IT roles at Ross Stores, Inc., where responsibilities included supervising IT operations and serving as a subject matter expert on TMS systems. Experience also includes positions at Schaeffler, Sunbelt Rentals, Charlotte Ski Boats, Hilton Suites, and Action Water Sports, showcasing a strong background in management, customer service, and sales and marketing. Matt holds an MBA in International Business from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
