Dr Patrick Ranjit has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dr Patrick started their career in 1998 as the Head of Human Resources at M M Rubber Company Company Ltd, where they were responsible for managing HR functions for a workforce of 450 employees. Dr Patrick then joined Mando India Ltd, Anand Automotive Ltd in 2005 as the General Manager of Human Resources, a role they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Head of HR at Mahle Behr India Ltd, Anand Automotive Ltd. Following that, Dr Ranjit worked at Ashok Leyland from 2015 to 2018 as the Head of HR for International Operations, and later as the Head of Human Resources for the Foundry Division.

Dr Patrick Ranjit completed their MLM degree in HR and Labour Laws from Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies from 1991 to 1993. Dr Patrick also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of Madras. Additionally, Dr Ranjit holds certifications like Examiner Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award from RBNQA and Internal Auditor - Environment Management Systems from U L.
