Imroz Alam

Imroz Alam currently serves as an Undergraduate Research Intern and Resident Assistant at Ashoka University, where prior roles include being an Undergraduate Student and Summer Intern. In May 2025, Imroz will be a Teaching Assistant for the Lodha Genius Programme, which supports academically bright school students through intensive summer modules at the university. Previous experience includes roles such as Summer Research Intern at Old Dominion University and participation in a molecular biology workshop at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune. Imroz has also contributed as a Citizen Scientist at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and participated in the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education's enrichment camp. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ashoka University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, with further studies in biology and creative writing anticipated.
